A healthy start.

Better late than never to start fresh with healthy eating and exercising.
I've realized my crash diets are never going to work so I've stopped trying to count calories and carbs and I'm just going to eat healthy and smaller portions.
Something that I can use for the rest of my life.




 And we've been taking long walks in the evening with a stop at the park.
It's hard to find time to work in exercising with the twins, but I'm hoping with my arm curls of constantly picking them up and putting the down and my squats from cleaning up their mess off the floor will do something but we are stopping at different park for good measure.

    eating healthy is the only way to lose and maintain weight.

    I have lost my healthy habits and picked up really bad ones ever since I started working at the mall, Starbucks and see's candy everyday other mall food. It's harder for me to stick to my healthy habits when I'm rushing around to work and from work but as soon I stop working I'm going back to home made food every day!
