I'm out. I'm done. Nice knowing you.
Saying today just wasn't my day is quite the understatement. concider
Apparently it's too much to ask of someone to do their job that they are being paid for.
Here I am, on the phone kissing butt to someone who works at Walmart with a simple question. I just wanted to know if they had carseats in stock but after like the tenth time of "Oh, that's not my department, let me find someone who could help with that." I hung up and called another Walmart. Same freaking thing.
I think it may be easier to find and buy a kidney than it is to find anyone at Walmart who knows anything about any department.
And I was being nice, even when I got the nasty back talk.
Being nice gets you no where.
So later that day when we went to Walmart and Ethan got into the diaper bag and dumped a whole bag of ChexMix all over the place, I had no guilt. Not like anyone is going to notice because it's obviously that no one works in that department.
I was a rebel!
.....Until I went back and cleaned it up.
"Sticking it to the man" was giving me a headache.
When we went to the mall today, I found Emily a very nice pair of skinny jeans on sale at H&M for $5!
Come home to find the seem is ripped out on the side.
...............
Seriously, this is not the first time I've had to break out my sewing machine and fix your mistakes!
But they have such cute clothes, I'll never learn.
The air in our car still doesn't work and we are just a few miles away from the gas light coming on.
I'm sick of being an "adult".
I've been slacking on the baby laundry so you can imagine what my night is going to be like.
I should have never let it get this bad.
I have a cluster of pimples right next to my nose that makes me feel like I have Mount Rushmore hanging out on my face.
I think I'm done ranting.
Even if I'm wrong in most of the things I get upset over, it's nice to know that people just let me vent without telling me I'm wrong. I know it, I don't need to be told.
It's a good feeling.
Thanks for that!
Love,

Love,

Hi, I followed your link on MBC. I'm enjoying your blog so much; my younger sisters are twins so I know a lot about raising them. I can definitely sympathize with you about Walmart; that place is a necessary evil in my life but it sure can be totally evil. I'm looking forward to reading more of your blog, you're a great writer and your photos are really nice. If you want to check out my blog, it's at thistlebearhome.blogspot.com. :)
